ABS:   WE ALL WANT A SIX-PACK……OF ABS THAT IS!!! COME READY TO WORK THOSE ABDOMINALS FOR 15 MINUTES
LEVEL 1   & PREPARE YOURSELF TO POSSIBLY USE THE BALLS, WEIGHTS, AND/OR STEP TO HELP SCULPT. 
 
BACK TO BASICS: THIS CLASS IS DEFINITELY FOR THE NEW MEMBER OR THOSE WANTING TO LEARN THE BASICS OF A STEP CLASS. THIS CLASS
LEVEL 1   WILL BREAK DOWN AND PROVIDE THE TOOLS NEEDED TO ADVANCE TO MORE CHALLENGING STEP CLASSES AVAILABLE. 
BODYPUMP: ONE HOUR CHOREOGRAPHED CLASS TO WEIGHTS AND MUSIC FOCUSING ON EACH MUSCLE GROUP.
LEVEL 1   GREAT CLASS FOR THE BEGINNER OR ADVANCED STUDENT. THIS IS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET IN SHAPE.
 
CARDIO COMBAT: THIS HOUR LONG CLASS IS DESIGNED TO KILL THE CALORIES. WE'LL COMBAT THOSE CALORIES BY DOING A LITTLE SPICY
LEVEL 2   STEP (INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCE STEP) COMBINED WITH INTERVALS AND KICKBOXING.
CARDIO EXPRESS: HOLD ON….THIS IS A QUICKIE!!! 30 MINUTES OF INTENSE CARDIO UTILIZING THE STEP AND/OR FLOOR. COME READY TO   
LEVEL 2   WORK HARD AND LEAVE EARLY.
CRAZY CIRCUIT: CIRCUIT TRAINING IS A GREAT WAY TO MIX AND MATCH BOTH CARDIO AND WEIGHTS. THIS IS A  
LEVEL 2   GREAT WAY TO END THE WEEK, SO COME PREPARED TO WORK THE BODY, BUT NOT THE MIND. 
FLOOR 'N MORE: "JANE FONDA" ISN'T DEAD!! WE'RE BRINGING BACK THE OLD SCHOOL AEROBICS! THIS HOUR LONG
LEVEL 1   CLASS WILL UTILIZE THE FLOOR, ALONG WITH SOME LITE TONING & AB WORK.
INTERVAL STEP: THIS HIGH INTENSITY CLASS IS SIMILAR TO CARDIO COMBAT, BUT WE'VE ADDED MORE ADVANCED STEPPING ALONG WITH 
LEVEL 3   INSANE INTERVALS TO LITERALLY "KEEP YOU ON YOUR TOES"  
PILATES:   PILATES IS A GREAT CLASS FOR ANYONE WANTING TO WORK ON THEIR CORE STRENGTH AND STABILITY. COME READY TO 
LEVEL 1   BREATHE AND FOCUS BY HOLDING POSITIONS AND USING THE BALL AS GUIDANCE.
POWER PILATES: WE ARE PUSHING PILATES TO THE LIMITS. WE HAVE TAKEN YOUR TRADITIONAL PILATES CLASS AND HAVE ADDED MORE 
LEVEL 1   STRENGTH TRAINING TO TARGET THOSE "SPECIFIC AREAS". 
SAMPLER: YOU'LL WANT TO ORDER THIS ONE OFF THE MENU….GET A LITTLE TASTE OF EVERYTHING 
LEVEL 1   INCLUDING STEP, FLOOR, TONING, AND KICKBOXING, 
 
SIMPLY STEP: THIS IS YOUR GOOD OLE' FASHION STEP CLASS. NOTHING CRAZY HERE. PERFECT CLASS FOR BEGINNERS 
LEVEL 1   OR THOSE WANTING TO KEEP IT SIMPLE, BUT LEARN AT THE SAME TIME!
YOGA:   THIS CLASS SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT FOR ALL MEMBERS BECAUSE OF THE MIND AND BODY BENEFITS ONE WILL
LEVEL 1   ENDURE. COME PREPARED TO STRETCH, RELAX, AND EVEN WORKOUT!
